We created a series of 20 easy to follow ‘How To’ films for a range of Ronseal products. These films help to reinforce the ‘does exactly what it says on the tin’ positioning of the company and are a great way to pass on expert tips and advice. After story boarding and scripting everything we set about finding locations and just the right furniture and decking that we could lovingly restore, stain or paint to keep it 100% realistic. Then we shot the whole thing beautifully in HD before editing the films together.
And what’s more consumers love them. Since the films went live on the website they’ve been viewed over 75,000 times. And 86% of people viewing them on YouTube are clicking through to the Ronseal website which has increased visitor rates and dwell time. After the success of these films we’re currently planning another eight for other products in the range. So watch this space.
